Mariah Carey’s Posse Cops, Bodyguards, Umbrella Holder

Mariah Careygot a full police AND umbrella escort on her way out of an “American Idol” photo shoot in Baton Rouge yesterday — ’cause the only more harmful than angry rappers are those damn UV rays.Carey had told Babwa Wawa that she bulked up her security team after Nicki Minaj allegedly threatened to shoot her with a gun during their blowup earlier this week … and Thursday she proved she ain’t messin’ around.

Sources tell us … Mariah and Nicki both participated in the shoot — and even posed for pics TOGETHER. We’re told the shoot was peaceful, but it’s clear the hatchet is not buried.

Tomorrow, the gang has another round of auditions … and that’s when tensions really start to heat up.

Cee Lo Green Mariah & Nicki’s Beef IS BOGUS

“The Voice” judge Cee Lo Green is calling BS on Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj‘s fiery feud — telling TMZ, we’re in L.A. … practically EVERYTHING is fake in this town.Cee Lo had just finished lunch in West Hollywood yesterday when we asked if he thought Nicki and Mariah’s “Idol” fight was legit — and he said, “This is Hollywood, California. Hardly anything’s legit.”

As for a possible “American Idol” ratings boost following the Nicki/Mariah fight — Cee Lo says he’s not worried, claiming, “I’m not intimidated. I think it’s entertainment for everybody.”

Nicki Minaj, Twitter Tirade: Rapper Goes Off on Mariah Carey Following Alleged Gun Threats

The saga continues in the war between Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey. After video surfaced Tuesday (Oct. 2) of the entertainers arguing at the judges table during a taping of an “American Idol” audition, Carey now insists Minaj threatened to shoot her. The rap star took to Twitter to deny the claim and let loose on her accuser.

Earlier today, Barbara Walters reported on “The View” that she spoke with Carey about the heated incident. The talk show host said the “Honey” songstress was “concerned” because “multiple people heard Nicki say, ‘If I had a gun I would shoot the bitch,'” after she walked off the “American Idol” set.

The Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded creator gave her side of the story through a series of Twitter posts. According to Minaj, Carey is lying.

Carey says she’s received no apology from the Young Money MC regarding the highly publicized argument. As a result of the “threats,” the singer has reportedly beefed up her security detail. Her publicist issued a statement to Barbara Walters, promising that she would still take part in her role as an “American Idol” judge.

“For the record, Mariah’s doing well,” the statement reads. “She obviously still has serious concerns, but is hopeful that everyone will act in an appropriate, professional manner. She plans to move forward and she believes this season will be the best ever.”

Nicki Minaj Mariah Called Me a Bitch

Mariah Carey fired the first shots in her “American Idol” war with Nicki Minaj… calling the rapper a “bitch” multiple times … this according to sources close to Minaj.According to our sources, Nicki is adamant … in the moments before the TMZ video begins, Mariah repeatedly berated her … until Nicki finally had enough and exploded.We’re told … Nicki feels Mariah has been wasting everyone’s time by constantly praising herself instead of focusing her energy on critiquing the contestants.

One source tells us, “She keeps bringing up how many records she’s sold, name dropping people she’s worked with, how many tours she’s done, and how many Grammys or awards she’s won … Nicki is tired of it.”

Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez Will Be Your ‘X Factor’ Co-Hosts

Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez will join the payroll of “X Factor” — Khloe and Mario will be the new co-hosts of the show.We’re told the final, tiny finishing touches are being put on their deals, but the announcement will be made some time this week.

We’re told the duo’s salaries will add millions on top of an already enormous talent budget … with Britney Spears in the lead at $15 mil.

Khloe and Mario will debut in November.

Lil Scrappy ARRESTED In Atlanta

Rapper Lil Scrappy — the guy behind the 2006 hit “Money in the Bank” — was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia for violating his probation.

Photos were obtained of the 28-year-old rapper being taken into custody on the side of the road … where he was handcuffed.

Scrappy — real name Darryl Kevin Richardson II — was booked at the DeKalb County Jail.

According to his booking sheet, he was listed at 5’10” and 185 lbs.

Scrappy is on probation stemming from a marijuana conviction in 2008.

He was sentenced to 5 years probation for the weed bust … and was ordered to abstain from the use or possession of any alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs.

He was also ordered to complete an alcohol/drug education program and was ordered to perform 240 hours of community service.

According to official records … at the time Scrappy was arrested for weed, he was also popped for carrying a concealed weapon, obstruction of officers and fighting. He was sentenced to 1 year probation for each of those offenses, but they ran concurrently.

Honey Boo Boo Experiments with Coke

Honey Boo Boo overcame a real bad coke problem this weekend — barely surviving a special taste test at the Coca-Cola factory in Atlanta … that nearly made her puke her brains out.

7-year-old Alana “HBB” Thompson visited the Coke factory with her family yesterday, and while she was there … an employee suggested they all try a special flavor from Italy called “Beverly.” Big mistake.

“Beverly” has a famously bitter aftertaste due to its quinine content — the same ingredient as tonic water — and Boo Boo did NOT like it one bit, nearly upchucking all over the Coke factory floor.

Honey Boo Boo’s mom June tried Beverly too — and said it tasted like “ear wax.”

The salad factory full of healthy snacks and exercise must’ve been closed.

TLC Singer T-Boz I’m Getting A Reality Show … On TLC

Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins — best known for being one-third of 90’s girl group TLC— is getting her own reality show … and the network making it happen — is none other than TLC.Sources close to the production tell TMZ … the network has ordered four episodes of Watkins’ reality show called “Totally T-Boz” which will air on TLC in 2013.The timing couldn’t be better — considering T-Boz filed for bankruptcy in late 2011 and could probably use the paycheck.

We’re told the show will focus on the 42-year-old single mom as she tries to re-launch her music career … after recovering from the life-threatening brain tumor she was diagnosed with in 2006.

The brain tumor was so bad, once it was removed, T-Boz had to relearn how to walk and talk.

We’re told, the show will star her daughter, brother, cousins and friends … and is currently filming in Atlanta.

Honey Boo Boo Family TLC Gave Them HUGE RAISE

June Shannon, Honey Boo Booand the rest of the clan got an enormous salary raise from TLC after the second episode and they didn’t even ask for it.Sources very familiar with the situation says … the family received between $5,000 and $7,000 an episode at the beginning of the series. We’re told after the second episode it was apparent to TLC they had a big hit on their hands, so network honchos approached the family and told them they were boosting their salary. Our sources would not be specific … but they say the increase gave them somewhere between $15,000 and $20,000 an episode.

We’re also told TLC volunteered to cover various expenses, including a bodyguard/driver for Sugar Bear, who was incapacitated after his ATV accident.

And there’s more. We’re told TLC even offered to help the family find a somewhat larger, more secure home, but June refused. She said she wanted to stay in the house because she makes a big deal over Christmas — decorating the house for the community. June is heavily involved in her town.

And one more thing on the money front. We’re told agents have been “swarming” around the family, trying to sign them but June has turned them away. She says she doesn’t want to make money the sole object of the show and she’s worried if she signs with an agent that person will talk her into making various appearances that will take her away from her family.

Gotta say … the family feels like the real deal.

Karli Redd of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta can now add another story to here list in a search engine, apart from a brand of vinegar. The would-be diva hosted a party at Mario’s in Nassau, Bahamas Tuesday night and she looks as though she had a world of fun! She got barefoot and all. Now as irrelevant as she may be, we here at krakdaily wants to know if she had time to update that Wikipedia page of hers, or better yet, did she perform her forever flop hit of Louis, Prada, Gucci…Pop dem tags? We’d rather she not, but whatever makes her feel famous….
