Nicki Minaj Unveils New Album Cover…SAME DAY AS RIHANNA!

Competition? Why yes she would love some. Amidst the chaos that ensued only moments ago when Rihanna took to twitter to upload a photo of the album cover (which left much to be desired by the way) via Instagram, Nicki Minaj followed suit. Minaj uploaded a photo for the re-release of her not-so-good album Pink Friday titled “Pink Friday Roman Reloaded: The Re-Up” and now the twittersphere is going insane over what can only be defined as “trashy album cover day”. The album cover gives the old Nicki feel (before that Starships era). Check out the photo below:

Rihanna Unveils New Album Cover and Album Title

The name of Rihanna’s seventh studio album is…. Side Effects

Check out the official artwork above. Thoughts?

Well at first glance it seems artistic, then when I look at it all I see is a plain picture of RiRi with random words scribbled on the photos. It almost looks at if a few mimes gathered together and circle jerked on her and BOOM, the album cover.

But hey, she’s Rihanna, does she ever make sense?

Pink ‘Try’ Video Premieres: Singer’s Mother Left Speechless by New Visuals

Pink Try Video

Who: Pink

What: The music video for the singer’s second single, “Try,” off her No. 1 album, The Truth About Love.

The Rundown: Pink’s “Try” video explores the often blurry boundary between love and pain, a perfect visual representation of the age-old metaphor of love as war. The paint-covered singer ballroom dances her way through the Floria Sigismondi-directed video, beautifully choreographed by the Golden Boyz. Many of the dance sequences are very reminiscent of those found in Shakira’s “Lo Hecho Está Hecho” video, framed by Sophie Muller. Whatever the inspiration, Pink took to her Twitter page to reveal her mom’s reaction to the piece. “My mom, after seeing the new video… ‘Wow, honey. I’m speechless. And uncomfortable. No one can ever say you play it safe.'”

Bristol Palin FBI Investigating Suspicious Package at CBS

1008_bristol_palin_tmz_article
The FBI and the LAPD have launched a joint investigation into the suspicious package that was addressed to Bristol Palin at “Dancing with the Stars” this week.

Law enforcement sources say both agencies are taking the package’s threat very seriously and are looking into the possibility that the latest incident is connected to the white powder scare back in 2010.

As reported, a package containing a white powdery substance was opened on the CBS lot in West Hollywood Wednesday, addressed to Bristol. The package also contained a note, demanding Bristol be removed from the show … or else.

Initial tests in the field revealed the powder was not harmful … just like in 2010, when a suspicious letter was sent to CBS containing a similar threat about Bristol.
